Been away from running for too long now. It started with vacation, next there was work travel, then there was life and we ended with lazy. Yeap all of those things have been factors as to why I have not been out there in a while. None extremely valid as I could have run through any of these circumstances but they are all what I call the truth. Lately one of my biggest reasons for not getting out there is the time in which the sun decides to rise and set. Can't run in the dark so running is out of the question right now since most of my free time is during hours when the sun is set.
Well the first thing that you do when you have fallen off the wagon is get back on and today I declare that I'm back on. Even though my body aches, my weight is up and my distance and my stamina are low, my hopes are high and just like before, I'm Destined to Run! Check out today's workout details below.
